Astm A213 Tp316l Stainless Steel Tube
ASTM A312 TP 316/316L Pipe is a grade 316 stainless steel pipe with general characteristics used in a wide range of application industries. The tube has excellent corrosion resistance, high strength at high temperatures, and excellent resistance to pitting corrosion. Since 316 is non-magnetic so the tube. Compared to 316 grade, 316L has a lower carbon content.
Ganpat Industrial Corporation is one of the leading companies in the manufacture, export, and supply of high-quality ASTM A312 TP 316/316L Pipe. They use modern machinery and other latest technological tools to produce efficient and high-quality pipes for domestic and global customers. Apart from this, they also offer their customers some unrivaled tubing characteristics such as reliability, high-end finishing, durability, and market price. The company manufactures Grade 316 pipes using high-quality raw materials.
Test Certification: This industry provides various test certificates to customers to ensure the quality and specifications of the products they order. These tests are manufacturer TC according to EN 10204, radiographic test report, raw material test certificate, and third-party inspection report.
Material Test: ASTM A312 TP 316/316L pipes are inspected by professionals before final shipment to ensure their strict quality. Hardness testing, Mechanical testing, Positive Material Identification (PMI), Intergranular Corrosion Testing (IGC), Flaring testing, Flattening testing, etc. are some of the tests that are performed on tubes.
Documents provided: The company provides various documents with the pipe. Fumigation certificates, quality assurance plans, welding procedure specifications, packing lists including net and gross weights, etc. are some of the documents the industry provides for pipes.
According to GB/T9711.1 pipeline steel pipe performance requirements, according to the different tempering temperature, can be divided into the following kinds of tempering:
[1] Low temperature tempering (150-250 degrees)
The microstructure obtained by low temperature tempering is tempered martensite. Its purpose is to reduce the quenching stress and brittleness of hardened steel on the premise of maintaining its high hardness and high wear resistance, so as to avoid cracking or premature damage during use. It is mainly used for all kinds of high carbon cutting tools, measuring tools, GB/T9711.1 pipeline steel pipe, rolling bearings and carburizing parts, etc., the hardness after tempering is GENERALLY HRC58-64.
[2] Moderate temperature tempering (250-500 degrees)
The microstructure obtained by moderate tempering is tempered trostite. The purpose is to obtain high yield strength, elastic limit and high toughness. Therefore, it is mainly used for all kinds of GB/T9711.1 pipeline steel pipe and hot mold treatment, after tempering hardness is generally HRC35-50.
[3] High temperature tempering (500-650 degrees)
The microstructure obtained by high temperature tempering is tempered sortensite. Commonly, the heat treatment combined with quenching and tempering is called quenching and tempering. Its purpose is to obtain better comprehensive mechanical properties of strength, hardness, plasticity and toughness. Therefore, it is widely used in automobiles, GB/T9711.1 pipeline steel pipe, machine tools and other important structural parts, such as connecting rod, bolt, gear and shaft. The hardness after tempering is generally HB200-330.
